WS Energy’s Aphron Mud System uses a 4.0lb Xanthan gum viscosifier to maintain stable viscosity for effective hole cleaning, while surfactants reduce density and prevent oil contamination. Achieving a weight as low as 4.8 lbs, with a typical range of 4.8 – 7.2 lbs, our mixing plants are equipped to start with slickwater and seamlessly switch to Aphron as the well dictates, ensuring optimal performance
throughout operations.
Our Chemical Data Systems offer real-time data, capturing flow rate, wellhead pressure, circulating pressure and chemical injection rates ensuring proper treatment. This information can be viewed from any web browser.
A robust fleet of over 30 trailer-mounted Hydrostatic Test Units, delivering reliable pressure testing at up to 15K PSI with digital data recording options to accommodate each specific job scope. Our fully maintained, certified equipment ensures top safety, performance, and accurate reporting for every job.
Our on-board hydraulic wrenching systems include an exclusive Safety Isolation Barrier that eliminates any spark being emitted near the well head.
